Residenza Cannaregio Venice
The Residenza Cannaregio at the beginning was a monastery of the 17th century. In the first years of the 19th century it became a squero which was the place where they used to build gondolas; nowadays it has been transformed in a very modern and comfortable hotel. Location
The Residenza is located in Cannaregio, one of the most authentic and picturesque areas of the city, a few steps away from the Campo De Gheto Novo, the oldest Jewish settlement in Europe and not far from Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco.
